Biography

Research: Exploring the role of arylamine N-acetyltransferases (NATs) in endogenous cellular metabolism and the impact this role has in the metabolic diseases cancer and diabetes. Her research utilizes a combination of wet-lab and computational methods (bioinformatics). She is most passionate about improving human health through precision medicine and mentoring the next generation of scientists.
